The screen sizer is fitted with vibrating rubber screens with perforations on its surface. The graded products will be collected through collection belts. Shaker assembly is fitted to vibrate the screen. Greater grading efficiency than other types of graders due to the orientation of the products on the screens. Required number of modules can be attached together to form a complete line.

Series of Nylon roller hang on top of the belt & rotate on their own axis. Diameters of nylon rollers differ from each other so as to create a gap between the moving belt and rollers.

The gap between the belt and roller grades the product. Roller and other contact parts are fabricated from food grade material & structure is made up of mild steel.
